Tour to the Ancient Egyptian Pyramids
The Pyramids of Giza:
We considered Giza Plateau is one of the most enduring prehistoric monuments in the world.
It houses the three great pyramids (those of Cheops, Khafre and Menkaure) and at least six others, as well as several other important monuments, including the Great Sphinx and the Valley Temple.
The Great Pyramid:
The oldest and largest of the pyramids were built by the 4th-Dynasty Khufu (2589-66BC).
It is estimated to contain over two million blocks of stone weighing on average around 2.5 tonnes, with some stones at the base weighing as much as 15 tonnes. Until the 19th century, it was the tallest building in the world.
The Great Sphinx:
Giza Sphinx carved from an outcrop of natural rock, augmented by shaped blocks around the base, added during repeated renovations from the 18th Dynasty onwards.
The Valley Temple:
Khafre’s Valley Temple stood on a quay and served as a gateway to the pyramid, connected by a long, mostly covered, causeway.
Buried in the sand, this was discovered by Auguste Mariette in 1852 and traces of it can still be seen today.
At the next stop, you will be amazed by the Egyptian Museum containing thousands of genuine artefacts, Statues and a priceless collection of Egyptian art. The most incredible being the full exhibit of King Tutankhamun, including the gold treasures found in his tomb in 1920.
Once the tour is complete you will be transferred in comfort to your hotel.

Your guide will be waiting for you at your hotel in Cairo. Then you will be transferred to the airport, ready for your flight to Aswan.

At the next stop, you will visit the Hight Dam, which has amazing views of Lake Nasser. Then you will visit the Philae Temple that was surprisingly removed from its original resting place.
Once the tour is complete you will be transferred in comfort to Nile cruise.

The cruise to sail to Kom Ombo to visit the temple used by both gods Sobek and Haroeies. Lastly, you will visit the outstanding Temple of Horus in Edfu.

First you will stop at the East Bank to visit the Temple of Karnak and Luxor. Walk through Luxor Temple to admire its outstanding courtyard and the granite statues of Ramses II.
Following on to visit the Avenue of Sphinxes, the Hypostyle Hall with its 134 gigantic columns and the fascinating temple of Amon adorned with lotus and papyrus pattern architecture.
Overnight on cruise.
Your tour guide will be waiting for you at the cruise, ready to take you to your private A/C vehicle.
The tour will start at the West Bank where you will visit the Valley of the Kings, Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and many different amazing Ancient Temple Monuments. In the Valley of the kings you will be taken back in time entering the tombs of the Pharaoh’s that contain painted pillars and walls. Then to see the Colossi of Memnon. Consisting of two massive monumental statues that represent King Amenhotep III, looking towards the Nile River.
Once the tour is complete you will be ready to transfer to the domestic airport to take your flight to Cairo.
At arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel in Cairo.
Overnight in Cairo.
Enjoy a hot air balloon ride over Luxor city and Nile River’s west bank. Your hot-air balloon flight is approximately 30 to 45 minutes. You get to have a view of the Valley of the kings, Hatshepsut temple, Colossi of Memnon and Karnak temple.
